ELLSWORTH Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Ellsworth Police Department June 28 through July 5.

• Keith Burks, 57, Eau Claire, was arrested for a probation violation at 2:30 p.m. at 310 W. Main St.

June 28

•At 6:06 p.m., a neighbor reported a large fallen tree at a vacant property at 316 Piety St. When police arrived, they found a live utility line and phone line on the ground. The energy company was notified.

•At 10:11 p.m., a complainant reported multiple eggs thrown at a residence at 948 Anika Court. The complainant did not catch the culprits in person or on video.

June 29

• Dakota Pittman, 18, Ellsworth, was cited for driving without proof of insurance after a traffic stop for no license plates at 6:23 p.m. at highways 10 and 63.

June 30

•At 3:47 p.m., police received a report of items missing from a vehicle at 107 N. Northview St.

•At 10 p.m., officers assisted Pierce County deputies with an intoxicated driver at Highway 65 and 610th Avenue, Beldenville.

July 2

•At 6:06 a.m., police removed multiple towels from the roadway at Beebe and Main streets.

•At 7:32 a.m., a resident at 104 Kruger Lane reported eggs thrown on a vehicle and at the July 3

•At 2:37 a.m., police assisted Pierce County deputies with an intoxicated person at N4306 Highway 63, Ellsworth.

July 4

•At 2:51 p.m., a complainant reported being upset that a neighbor dog defecates near mailboxes near his home in the 800 block of East Main Street. The dog’s owner said the dog only urinates there. Police investigated and found no excrement.

July 5

•At 6:19 a.m., a complainant reported a man smoking something other than a cigarette at 339 W. Main St. The man was gone when police arrived.

•At 12:28 p.m., police were called to 948 Anika Court, where drug paraphernalia was found in a bedroom. The items were clean and appeared unused; they were taken and destroyed. A renter was asked to leave.

•At 9:23 p.m., a resident in the 200 block of Beulah Street showed police a video of a middle- aged man cussing out juveniles for riding scooters in the street. Police could not identify the man.
