The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Feb. 1319.

Monday, Feb. 13

At 7:51 a.m., officers assisted Prescott High School staff with grief services.

Christopher Stewart Lamb, 48, Prescott, was cited for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 10:39 a.m. at Cherry and Elm streets.

Alexis Anne Magnino,

39, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:53 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.

Tuesday, Feb. 14 Lance Daniel Sjurseth, 38, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 6:06 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

Eric Richard Cordes, 45, Hastings, Minn., was cited for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 9:56 a.m. at Cherry and Gibbs streets.

Officers responded at 12:59 p.m. to Prescott Middle School (125 Elm St. N.) for a juvenile disturbance.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

At 7:14 p.m., police checked on people seen at a storage unit at 744 Hilton St. Everything was okay.

Leif Leonard Melby, 35, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 7:40 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Mark Christopher Weiss, 33, Prescott, was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop for an out tail light at 8:27 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets. He was issued written warnings for the tail light and expired registration.

Mackenzie Nicole Sasik,

24, Hastings, Minn., was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 11:02 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Thursday, Feb. 16 Laura Jean Johnson, 47, Prior Lake, Minn., was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 2:03 a.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10. She was also warned for an out headlight.

Friday, Feb. 17 Alicia May Torgerson, 31, Prescott, was cited for possession of THC after police received a drug complaint at 2:53 a.m. at 865 Helen St.

At 10:09 p.m., police found the doors open and clothes scattered at a green “USagain” donation bin at 649 Dexter St. The company was notified that the lock had been cut.

Saturday, Feb. 18 Beyene Hinika Buliye, 47, Andover, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:59 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

A 16-year-old Osseo, Minn. juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:42 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Katrina Elizabeth Lee,

34, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:35 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Hilarie Mae Duval, 57, Prescott, was cited for operator violate red traffic light after a traffic stop at 5:39 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street. She was also warned for following a vehicle too closely.

Charles Darwin Lundeen,

52, Prescott, was arrested for disorderly conduct – domestic violence after police responded to a disturbance at 6:45 p.m. at 232 Court St. N. He was transported to Pierce County Jail.

Sunday, Feb. 19

At 2:32 a.m., police found heavy graffiti on the walkway under the bridge at Cherry and Broad streets.

Officers responded at 4:10 a.m. to 735 Laura St., where the owner’s dogs had killed a rabbit. Police helped the complainant dispose of the bunny remains.

Jeremias Sagahon Olvera, 55, Minnesota City, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:43 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Police checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at 8:54 a.m. at 1115 Dexter St. No one was around.

Christopher Gordon Carothers, 33, Cannon Falls, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:39 p.m. at 328 Lake St.
