The following Incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Feb. 5-12.

Sunday, Feb. 5

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 9:59 a.m. at Campbell and St. Croix streets between a vehicle driven by Stephanie Ann Klabis, Prescott, and a FedEx truck driven by Timothy Paul Coy, Mahtomedi, Minn. There were no Injuries and no tows.

Monday, Feb. 6

The Prescott K-9 conducted a school sniff at 8:01 a.m. at Ellsworth High School (323 Hillcrest St.)

Police responded at 4:01 p.m. to 935 Pearl St. for a noise complaint. The complainant said someone was playing music so loud it was shaking Items off shelves. The suspect agreed to turn the music down.

At 4:16 p.m., a vehicle stopped on Highway 10 (near Canton Street) In the middle of the road to check his vehicle after hitting a big bump. The vehicle was drivable.

Officers responded at 9:58 p.m. to Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.) for unwanted people hanging around. They were involved in a prior incident, but waiting for a ride.

Tuesday, Feb. 7 Andrew John Hamann,

36, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle and warned for an out headlight after a traffic stop at 3:50 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Farhan Salad Mohamud,

28, Savage, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:25 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Officers responded at 11:58 a.m. to 1140 Pearl St. for an animal complaint. The case is pending.

The Prescott K9 conducted a sniff at 1:26 p.m. at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.)

Michael Yander Sanchez,

18, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:41 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Mikayla Marie Lynn Knight, 26, Cedar, Iowa, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:24 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

At 1:39 a.m., an officer found a lawn mower and snow blower left at Magee Park (649 Dexter St. S.)

Officers performed a welfare check at 10:03 a.m. at 1531 James St. No distress was noted.

Rodney Allen Richardson, 56, Stillwater, Minn., was cited for parking In a no parking zone at 1:24 p.m. near 170 Flora St.

Francis Randi Patterson,

48, Lake City, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 3:05 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Calvin J. Meerkins, 38, Hager City, was cited for public urination/defecation at 8:59 p.m. at 216 Broad St.

Thursday, Feb. 9 Malynda Mae Davis, 34, Prescott, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:47 a.m. at Gibbs and Cherry streets.

At 3:05 p.m., police checked on a suspicious vehicle parked on the road at 1400 N. Acres Road. The driver was texting and not driving.

Jennifer Grossell, 40, Mondovl, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 3:17 p.m. at Court and Cherry streets.

At 4:48 p.m., a resident found a hypodermic syringe on the road near 626 Pine St. It was disposed of safely.

At 8:37 p.m., a woman walked Into Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive), filled a cart with items and walked out without paying. Police are using surveillance footage to identify the suspect.

Friday, Feb. 10

At 8:52 a.m., the school resource officer celebrated the 100th day of school with students at Malone Elementary (505 Campbell St. N.)

Collin Holton, 35, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:54 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Joseph Lee Allen, 45, Prescott, was cited for operating after revocation (alcohol related) after a traffic stop at 12:28 p.m. at Locust and Oak streets.

Robert Oliver Wipper,

63, Clear Lake, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7 p.m. at Lake and Dakota streets.

Jeremy Scott Gaynor, 48, Farmington, Minn., was cited for operate vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop for an out headlight at 7:46 p.m. at Highway 10 and Hilton Street.

Sandra Kay Feilen, 55, Carver, Minn., was cited for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 7:53 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway

Saturday, Feb. 11 Steven Douglas Woods,

68, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:43 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets. He was also warned for expired registration.

At 10:53 a.m., a caller at 800 Canton St. reported his vehicle stolen. It was found In Wheeler County, Texas.

Mikel Gordon Charle Billstrom, 40, Edina, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:45 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Brandy Jean Canada,

44, Amery, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:36 p.m. at Orange and Dakota streets.

Jorge Jesus Alicea Rivera, 26, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:24 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Sunday, Feb. 12 Luis Carlos Soriano Martinez, 27, Eagan, Minn., was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 7:21 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Torrey Baker Vicchiollo, 21, Chanhassen, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:10 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Officers performed a welfare check at 2:49 p.m. at 649 Dexter St. S. A person was reported to be moving back and forth in a vehicle. The person was cleaning out their vehicle to donate clothes.

Scott Phillip Super, 51, River Falls, was cited for non-registration of vehicle and operate vehicle without Insurance after a traffic stop at 4:52 p.m. at Campbell and James streets.

Gregory Murrel Schmidt,

54, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 5:14 p.m. at Canton and Pine streets.

Penelope Olwen Jones,

21, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after at traffic stop at 6:31 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

27, Monticello, Minn, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:01 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
