The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Oct. 2430.
Monday, Oct. 24 Matthew Joseph Leifeld, 32, Vermilion, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:43 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Elm streets.
Officers responded at 8:18 a.m. to the area of Orange and Court streets for suspicious activity. Police learned a domestic had taken place and Tanner Mitchell Marko,
27, Hastings, Minn., was arrested for battery and a probation violation and transported to Pierce County Jail.
At 5:26 p.m., a resident reported a catalytic converter theft from 1028 Borner St.
Tuesday, Oct. 25
At 4:44 a.m., police received video of men in an older white SUV going through people’s vehicles in the 1100 block of Filkins Street.
Officers responded to a suspicious activity complaint at 7:07 p.m. at 432 Lake St. It turned out to have happened in another part of town.
Wednesday, Oct. 26
Police conducted a welfare check at 3:15 a.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive. Everything was okay.
At 6:56 a.m., a resident at 584 Pleasant Drive reported that chairs had been taken from a patio.
At 6:32 p.m., a complainant reported damage to a front passenger side vehicle window at 630 Borner St. It looked like someone had tried to break into the vehicle.
Daeshnea Marquita Valeri Montgomery, 27, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:17 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.
Carmell Cay Meland, 58, Champlin, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:40 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Thursday, Oct. 27
A potential phone theft was reported at 9:52 a.m. at 1010 Dexter St.
Tara Marie Filkins, 23, Austin, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:31 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
Lucas Servando Hernandez, 39, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:32 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Friday, Oct. 28 Vicki Ann Marrs, 59, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:29 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
Saturday, Oct. 29
A minivan struck an unoccupied Jeep at 1:47 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The minivan driver left the scene, but a witness copied down their license plate. When police tracked them down, they said they didn’t know a collision had occurred.
Terese Marie Kaiser, 59, Wyoming, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:14 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
An open door was found at a business at 9:39 p.m. at 211 Broad St. No one was found in the building.
Sunday, Oct. 30 Brian Marcus Stoffel, 36, Hastings, Minn., was cited for public urination/defecation after a disturbance at 12:47 a.m. at 114 Broad St.
Officers responded at 1:20 a.m. to a fight at 114 Broad St. After collecting statements from witnesses, Michael Robert Olson, 43, Prescott, and Jackie Lynn Olson, 36, Prescott, were both cited for disorderly conduct.
Jade Linda Livingston,
20, Hastings, Minn., was arrested for OWI after a traffic stop at 2:09 a.m. at 117 Broad St. She was also cited for operating with PAC, reckless driving, underage consumption and operate without valid license.
