Monday, Sept. 26 Eh Klu Say, 19, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:40 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Matthew Luke Blechinger, 22, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:29 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

At 4:19 p.m., police received a harassment complaint at 1185 Filkins St.

Bryce Joseph Maxey,

26, Cochrane, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:22 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Tuesday, Sept. 27 John Joseph Burdette, 42, Milaca, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:25 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.

Antonio Antoine Armour, 30, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:40 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.

Rachel Marie Wright, 24, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:38 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10.

Esmerelda Lizette Ti Miranda, 33, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:27 p.m. at Oak and Lake streets.

Officers checked on a suspicious, unoccupied vehicle parked at 10:47 p.m. at 1415 N. Acres Road after hours.

Isaac Corey Monroe,

20, Appleton, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:59 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

At 7:26 p.m., police responded to 236 Broad St. for someone vomiting in the parking lot. Carin Marie Weldon, 62, Robbinsdale, Minn., was arrested for OWIfirst.

Thursday, Sept. 29 Kathy Anne Endres, 63, Woodbury, Minn., received a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:21 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

38, Hastings, Minn., received a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:30 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

David Kermit Chapin,

Prescott, reported a one-vehicle crash at 7:51 p.m. at 614 Canton St.

Friday, Sept. 30 Ryan Matthew Orpen, 26, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:42 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Kimberly Diane Nahrgang, 51, Lewiston, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:14 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, Oct. 1 Gregory John Oppegard,

61, West St. Paul, Minn., was cited for a boat launch fee violation at 6:34 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.

Sunday, Oct. 2 Amanda Kay Bahr, 35, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:32 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.

Esthi Linh Erickson, 22, Minneapolis, received a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:02 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Richard L. Winkelmann,

69, Phoenix, Ariz., received a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:11 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
