The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 15-21.
Monday, Aug. 15
Officers responded to a suspicious activity complaint at 7:16 a.m. at 182 Broad St. Insulation around an air conditioner was partially pulled out, but there were no signs of forced entry.
At 8:08 a.m., police responded to Orange and Front streets to the courtesy dock for a boat parking violation. Multiple boats were cited for being tied to the dock overnight, including Angela Pappas Caputo, 42, Savage, Minn., and Robert Ernest Kaase, 58, Hastings, Minn.
At 9:56 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle had been stolen between 7 and 9:30 a.m. at 810 Hope St. the day before.
Dennis Kadir Sermeno,
22, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and warned for an inoperable headlamp after a traffic stop at 10:15 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
Tuesday, Aug. 16 Liliana Cortes Gadea, 41, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:27 a.m. at Highway 10 and Hilton Street.
A suspicious person was reported at 2:52 p.m. at 115 Orange St. The case is pending.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 2:47 p.m. at North Acres Road and Canton Street between Jason Thomas Westerberg,
78, Ellsworth, and Charles M. Sundby, 83, Prescott. There was no road blockage nor injuries reported. One vehicle was towed.
Lonnie Wayne Pechuman, 29, Prescott, was arrested for a warrant at 3:44 p.m. at 575 Monroe St. He was also cited for possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.
A catalytic converter theft was reported at 6:01 p.m. at 701 James St.
Officers were called for suspicious activity at 7:04 p.m. at 1415 North Acres Road. A person was dumpster diving.
Edward John Obermeyer- Kolb, 61, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:27 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Trina Jo Boles, 34, River Falls, was cited for operate without valid license and warned for inoperable headlamp and legible temporary tag after a traffic stop at 10:09 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
Wednesday, Aug. 17
Officers responded at 2:54 p.m. to 115 Orange St. for a standby and keep the peace request.
Travis Gerald Hanson, 31, Hager City, was given a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:06 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Andrew John Bauman,
55, River Falls, was given a written warning for non-registration of vehicle and vehicle operator fail/wear seat belt after a traffic stop at 7:52 p.m. at Campbell and St. Croix streets.
Ruxandra Antonella Harmon, 55, Ellsworth, was given a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:48 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
Quincy Jonathan Mason Jr., 21, River Falls, was cited for operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 11:25 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
Thursday, Aug. 18 Sebastian Thomas Terrana, 52, Knapp, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:44 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
Suspicious activity was reported at 9:25 p.m. at 900 Kasson Drive.
Patrick Kiernan Harrington, 28, San Francisco, received a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Saturday, Aug. 20 Ku Gay Paw, 25, Fulda, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:04 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
Police gave a woman a courtesy ride home after a downtown bar check at 2:22 a.m. at 117 Broad St.
Jamie Michelle Arrington, 44, Circle Pines, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:30 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Suspicious activity was reported at 10:46 a.m. at Campbell and Hilton streets. Nothing was located.
Alexandra Shannon Gieske, 25, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:13 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Erik Guthrie Jackson, 33, St. Paul, was cited for speeding and warned for expired registration after a traffic stop at 7:22 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
Officers performed a welfare check on a person sitting on the ground “acting off” at 8:13 p.m. at 236 Broad St. The person denied needing help.
Valentin Aleksandrov Lutsenko, 32, Lyman, S.C., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:06 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
Adrian Layne Workman,
31, Maple Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:32 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Maleec Deshawn Sellner,
20, Hastings, Minn., was cited for underage drinking – possession/consume at 11:16 p.m. at 117 Broad St.
Sunday, Aug. 21
A theft was reported at 8:07 a.m. at 207 Locust St.
Police were called to a domestic at 5:28 p.m. at 201 N. Flora St. When police arrived, no one was outside yelling or appeared to be home.
Henry Allen Gray, 18, Prescott, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:22 p.m. at Campbell and James streets.
