The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 1-7.

Monday, Aug. 1

At 2:04 a.m., an officer saw a vehicle strike a parked car at Canton and Hilton streets. Sheena M. Nelson,

38, Prescott, was arrested for OWI-second and cited for deviation from designated lane and operating while revoked. She was taken to Pierce County Jail.

At 6:08 a.m., police received a report of vehicles blocking mailboxes on Magee Way, but none were located.

Tuesday, Aug. 2

An intentional gas driveoff was reported at 2:57 p.m. at 302 Lake St.

Rita Kristin Naa Den Puije, 24, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:46 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Tanner Michael Mlynczak, 22, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:37 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Sabeeldin Fuad Qarqash, 32, South St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding and passing in no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 10:55 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

Officers were called at 4:30 a.m. to 201 Flora St. for a property exchange.

Police responded at 12:58 p.m. to 710 Borner St. for a disorderly person. The case is pending. They were called back at 1:31 p.m. and told the suspect to stop yelling at his neighbors.

Lorne Henry Brinkman,

53, Lake City, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:31 p.m. at Jefferson Street and Water Treatment Road.

Benjamin Yorfee Taigbailee, 30, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 7:11 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

Cameron Burke Walsh,

24, Royal Palm Beach, Fla., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:03 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Kingshuk Mukherjee, 48, St. Cloud, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:33 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Thursday, Aug. 4

Officers checked on a suspicious activity complaint at 2:08 a.m. at 1200 Henry St. It was consensual encounter between two adults; Kwik Trip requested they leave.

Suspicious activity was reported at 6:19 p.m. at 475 Dakota St.

Jose Alberto Rodriguez,

26, Prescott, was cited for operate without valid license after police responded at 6:52 p.m. to Kinnickinnic and Broad streets for a lost property complaint.

Friday, Aug. 5

Officers were called at 8:59 a.m. to 710 Borner St. for a disorderly person.

At 11 a.m., police spoke with a person about being on private property at 599 Northern Lights Drive.

At 11:14 a.m., police received a report about two stolen bicycles from 470 Monroe St. Officers found one bike and returned it.

Erik Jacob Christensen,

27, Prescott, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 4:33 p.m. at 878 Washington St.

Breanna Mae Columbus,

28, Duluth, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:36 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 7:49 p.m., officers received a theft and vandalism complaint from 1531 James St.

Saturday, Aug. 6 Hunter Michael Bjork,

27, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 12:16 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

At 12:21 a.m., a caller reported a boat running ashore many times near 451 Second St. No boat was found.

Officers took a complaint of suspicious activity and vandalism at 12:31 a.m. at 865 Helen St.

While doing a bar check downtown at 2:01 a.m., police de-escalated at situation and a fight in progress near Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

At 3:40 p.m., a caller reported people jumping from the train bridge supports into the river in the 200 block of Front Street.

Alexis Michaelyn Ryan,

29, St. Louis Park, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:27 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Franklyn U. Radcliff, 23, Ridgeland, Miss., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:56 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Williams Osias Cruz,

51, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:18 p.m. Jefferson Street and Water Treatment Road.

Sunday, Aug. 7

At 12:58 p.m., police responded to a nuisance woodchuck at 154 S. Elm St. The woodchuck was removed from the area.

Carol Ann Gregoire, 77, Eden Prairie, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:42 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
