The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department June 27 through July 4.

Monday, June 27

Suspicious activity was reported at 12:22 a.m. near Albert and Pearl streets.

Antonio Mata Corchado,

56, Anoka, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 4:40 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Officers took complaint of a missing dog at 5:47 a.m. at 1433 Glenridge Drive. Police will keep an eye out for the dog.

At 9:16 a.m., a man at 344 Dakota St. reported the theft of a girls Road Master 18-speed bike, white with gold trim. It was stolen from his yard sometime on Saturday night.

Kevin Michael Slaby, 54, Prescott, was cited for display unauthorized vehicle registration plate after a traffic stop at 11:37 a.m. at Cherry and Elm streets for failure to yield the right-of-way. Slaby was also warned for no trailer lights, unsafe tires and failure to yield the right-of-way.

Officers responded at 1:44 to Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) for a disorderly conduct complaint.

Parker Wiles Gilchrest,

18, Lake Elmo, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:41 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Brandon Lyle Jacobson,

26, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:36 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Tuesday, June 28 Casey Marie Erickson, 31, Prescott, was arrested on a warrant at 11:58 a.m. at 211 Broad St.

James Archie Milburn Jr.,

Prescott, struck a pole in the parking lot at 4:47 p.m. at 1041 Orrin Road. Police brought Milburn to his residence and Siewerts Towing removed the vehicle.

Gavin Wade Marsh, 42, Grinnell, Iowa, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:42 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Wyatt John Marshall Rogowski, 26, Osage, Iowa, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:43 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Wednesday, June 29

At 11:59 a.m., police received a report of spray paint on a garage at 331 Court St.

A caller reported suspicious juveniles in the area at 5:36 p.m. in the 300 block of Court Street. No one was found.

Thursday, June 30

A caller reported seeing a suspicious person at 12:12 a.m. near 145 Broad St. No one was located.

Behrant James Miller, 25, Harris, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 7:13 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 8:09 a.m., police received a complaint of construction workers starting too early near Robert Street and Harris Court. They were reminded of the ordinance that doesn’t allow them to start working until 7 a.m.

Police received a trespassing report at 10 a.m. at 1531 James St.

Keya Sky Lewis, 24, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 1:21 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Police checked on a suspicious vehicle complaint at 2:21 p.m. at 735 Shane Park Circle. The people said they were filling out an apartment application in the parking lot. Officers warned them for expired registration.

A caller wanted a verbal altercation at 3:42 p.m. at a gas station (236 Broad St.) documented.

Robert Eugene Major, 65, Alma, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:17 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Paul Curtis Christopher,

32, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:40 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Police received a prowler complaint at 10:52 p.m. at 438 Cherry St.

Friday, July 1

Suspicious activity was reported at 1:23 a.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.

Coleton Mark Petrucci Grotewold, 22, Saint Francis, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:15 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 9:08 a.m., a Burnsville, Minn. vehicle owner was cited at Ash and Front streets for a boat launch violation.

Shoua Thao, 46, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited at 9:39 a.m. at Ash and Front streets for parking violation.

Police received a noise complaint at 9:46 a.m. near Jefferson and Dexter streets. A man admitted to checking the speakers in his vehicle and promised not to do it again.

Officers received a fireworks complaint at 9:31 p.m. near Lake and Ellen streets.

Suspicious activity was reported at 11:17 p.m. near 1060 Monroe St.

Anakka Rose Heitkamp,

18, Belle Plaine, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:48 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, July 2

Police received a fireworks complaint at 3:05 a.m. at Ash and Front streets.

At 7:28 a.m., a resident at 485 Northern Lights Drive reported a jewelry theft and named their cleaning people as suspects.

Suspicious activity was reported at 7:50 p.m. at 200 Monroe St.

Sunday, July 3 John Paul Lubich, 32, Prescott, was cited for operating while revoked and operating left of center after he almost struck a squad car at 1:33 p.m. near Cherry and Young streets.

At 5:02 p.m., a caller at 636 Hilton St. reported that his daughter kidnapped his wife. It turns out the wife was in St. Paul and it was a misunderstanding.

At 7:50 p.m., police received a call from 730 Borner St. that a woman had just stabbed her boyfriend in the neck. Alexandria Marie Schultz, 26, Prescott, was arrested for domestic battery and transported to Pierce County Jail.

At 8:32 p.m., a caller reported finding numerous cell phones and a sweatshirt on his front steps at 234 N. Young St. Police took custody of the items.

Police received a fireworks complaint at 9:35 p.m. at Orange and Front streets. No fireworks were located.

At 10:56 p.m., the bridge lights were shut off due to the abundance of may flies.

Monday, July 4

At 1:35 a.m., police received a fireworks complaint at 715 Highway 10. They were not able to make contact with the suspects.

Carlos Rufino Pizarro, 40, South St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:44 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

Police received a suspicious activity complaint at 6:16 p.m. at 248 Front St. They located nothing suspicious.

Police issued a verbal warning for aerial fireworks at 9:07 p.m. at 744 Linn St.

Police warned people for shooting off fireworks at 11:36 p.m. at Canton Road and Riverwood Street. Police issued a warning to an individual shooting of aerial fireworks at 11:40 p.m. at 1000 Canton St.
