The Prescott Community Club Student of the Week for Feb. 7 is Prescott High School sophomore Lucas Gale, who was nominated by phy ed teacher Jay Bartsch.
“Lucas has been an outstanding student in my weight training class,” Bartsch said. “He works extremely hard and is willing to help others without being asked. Lucas has an extremely good attitude and work ethic, he doesn’t cut corners or cheat reps, he pushes himself and others. Lucas is always trying to improve and is not afraid to ask questions or for help when needed. It is a pleasure to have Lucas in class.”
Lucas is the child of Jessica Gale. He works at Papa Tronnio’s Pizza and attend Chess Club, led by Cayden Johnson. He is also a member of the PHS track and trap teams. He enjoys reading, coding, playing games and being with friends. He hopes to attend UW-Madison and go into the game development field.
