The Prescott Community Club Student of the Week for May 7 is Prescott High School senior Riley Berg, nominated by ALC teacher Kelly Capps.
“Riley has worked hard all year to stay on track for graduation,” Capps said. “He always maintains a positive attitude, and he is always willing to work on whatever needs to get done. Even when things get tricky or confusing, he is always willing to ask questions and try different strategies. His hard work is definitely paying off, and he will do great things with his future.”
Riley is the son of Trista and Robert Duffy. He works at Walmart after school and on weekends and enjoys auto mechanics, basketball, working out and hanging out with friends. He participated in basketball in ninth grade and track in 10th grade.
In the future, he sees himself going into truck driving, welding or something with cars.
