PRESCOTT – The Prescott Fire Department will once again host its “World Famous” Pancake Breakfast every Sunday in March from 8 a.m. to noon at the Prescott Fire Hall (260 Flora St. S.)
The long-standing community tradition will take place on March 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 and features an all-you-can-eat breakfast of pancakes, French toast, fire hall sausage, scrambled eggs, milk, juice, and coffee.
For many, pancake breakfast season signals the start of spring and provides an opportunity to gather with neighbors inside the fire hall for a relaxed Sunday morning. The event has become one of the department’s most recognized traditions and continues to draw hundreds of residents each week from Prescott and surrounding communities.
Proceeds from the breakfasts support Prescott’s volunteer firefighters and help fund equipment, training, retention efforts, and operational needs that allow the department to remain prepared to serve the community.
The final Sunday, March 29, will include a chance to visit with the Easter Bunny. Children will have the opportunity to pose for photos and receive a special treat, with no additional cost to participate. The breakfast line will also feature seasonal additions, including Easter ham and a buffet of scrambled egg toppings.
Cost is $12 for adults, $7 for kids ages 6-12; children 5 and under eat free. Follow the Prescott Fire Department on Facebook for updates. Cash only. Carry-out available.
