In a field of 14 schools, the Prescott High School Forensics team took first place at the Menomonie High School Forensics Invitational on Feb. 19, 2022. They end their regular season having taken the top spot at all three invitationals this season. They start their bid for State at their subdistrict tournament in New Richmond on Feb. 26.
Individual awards went to: Erica Jennings – Third in Informative and first in Oratory Addison Huppert – Second in Informative
Alissa Zerneke – Fourth in Informative
Kyle Holtan – First in Moments in History and fourth in Special Occasion Ella Schommer – Third in Moments in History
Rian Engeldinger – Fourth in Oratory
Shayla Rein – Fifth in Oratory and first in Prose
Kelcey Hanson – Fifth in Poetry
Sophia Kapsh – Third in Poetry
Faith Rohl – Second in Prose and second in Solo Acting Ella Johnson – First in Public Address
Bryn Anderson – Fourth in Public Address
Kinsey Peterson – First in Solo Acting
Grace Gale – First in Storytelling
Will Markert – Second in Storytelling
Delia Warp – Fourth in Storytelling
