PRESCOTT – The Prescott Speech team competed at the Menomonie High School Forensics Invitational on Feb, 18. In a field of 13 schools, Prescott took second place.
Students earning individual awards included: Nora Boles (first in Demonstration), Abby Stubbe (second in Demonstration), MaKenna Ogilvie and Kendra Ogilvie (fourth in Demonstration), Rian Engeldinger (first in Extemporaneous Speaking), Sophia Kapsh (first in Farrago), Addison Huppert (fourth in Informative and third in Moments in History), Ella Johnson (first in Public Address), Grace Ryan (fifth in Prose), Rory Zuehlsdorft (second in Special Occasion), Erica Jennings (second in Oratory), Will Markert (third in Storytelling), and Delia Warp (fourth in Storytelling).
Also competing for Prescott was: Alissa Zerneke (Impromptu), Cara Fiedler (Moments in History), Allie Tibayan (Moments in History), Kaitlyn Sanney (Poetry), Shira Stubbe (Poetry), Andaria Henderson (Prose), Owen Henderson (Prose), and Mabel Rohl (Radio News Reporting).
