PRESCOTT — With a clear sky and sun- shine, Aug. 10 was beautiful golfing weath er. Hosted at Clifton Highlands Golf Course, Prescott Foundations’ 25th annual golf outing was full of partnership, comradery and enjoyment. Golfers created light-hearted, competitive opportunities to not only gain winnings and bragging rights in their own side bets, but to take a swinging chance at the marshmallow drive and putting contests.

Other participants had a better outcome with rawe prizes and 50/50 winnings. This year Prescott Foundation proudly partnered with the Prescott Fire Department. A joint euort, volunteers of the Fire Department as sisted with promoting and participating in the 25th annual golf outing. This was one of the largest golf events to date, with 19 golf teams (74 golfers total), 17 sponsorships and several generous donations.

Prescott Foundation's Board of Ovcers and Directors would like to extend a sincere thank you to the many golfers, sponsors, donors and volunteers who supported the 25th annual golf outing. The support received allowed Prescott Foundation to gift a total amount of $1,500 to our event partner, Prescott Fire Department. Additionally, your support is helping with continued granting endeavors within our community.

We have a plethora of thank yous and recognitions to share. Starting with Prescott Fire Department, we truly appreciated partnering with you; ensuring a successful day of golf while raising money to continue building a stronger community. Next, the team at Clifton Highlands Golf Course, from the beautiful course to the delicious meal; the accommodations and support received was (and is) greatly appreciated. To the many other sponsors, donors, golfers and volunteers, we’re forever grateful to have your continued support. We hope to see you all (and many more) back on the course next summer, celebrating Prescott Foundations 26th annual golf outing. Your continued support and generosity make opportunities to give possible.
