The 2020 Middle Border Conference Scholar Athlete Recipients for PHS are Seniors Megan Gilles and Joe Schulte. We are honored to have them represent us and proud of all their accomplishments over their careers at Prescott. Both are outstanding student-athletes who put extraordinary time and effort into their studies and their activities, along with being highly motivated individuals who demonstrate what it takes to be successful. Both Joe and Megan were to be honored with all other MBC Scholar Athletes at a Banquet in April, though that was canceled due to COVID-19.
Megan was active in Softball (freshman year), Cross Country and Track and Field during her time at PHS, lettering in all of them. Coach Poirier had this to say about Joe – 'Joe dedicated himself on the wrestling mat, football field, and baseball diamond. Even more impressive was his dedication in the classroom.
