The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week for Sept. 13 was Prescott High School senior Kianna Severson, nominated by English teacher Tracey Budworth.
“Kianna is a strong student who is fully engaged in classroom activities and quick to volunteer in any capacity,” Budworth said. “She is a student athlete who knows how to be a strong teammate on and off the court or field. Kianna’s work ethic is bar none and it has been a joy to watch her grow as a student and an athlete.”
Kianna is the daughter of Kollyn Severson and Skip Severson. The honor roll student works at Kwik Trip, plays volleyball and participates in track. She enjoys singing, drawing and reading. After she obtains her undergraduate degree, she plans to pursue a chiropractic degree.
