The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week for March 29 is Prescott High School junior Mason Friedl, who was nominated by teacher Shana Clason.
“Mason has come a long way in the last couple of years and has proved himself to be a dedicated student,” Clason said. “He works hard in school and is a committed athlete in his sport of basketball. He’s also polite and fun, and I enjoy having him in my classroom immensely. It’s been so much fun getting to watch Mason grow into the person he is becoming. I’m really proud of him!”
Mason is the son of Amanda Friedl and the grandson of Lori Friedl. He enjoys playing basketball. He is planning a career in electrical technology and will attend college after graduation to pursue his goal.
