The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week for Sept. 6 was Prescott High School junior William Markert, who was nominated by PHS staff.
Markert was nominated by PHS staff to be a WILS representative last year for his great leadership skills. He was able to attend the WILS Seminar in May. Congratulations on a job well done, Will!
Will is the son of Bill and Sarah Markert. The honor roll student participates in the school musical, A Capella Choir, track and cross country while also working at the Hudson Theater. He enjoys watching movies and shows, playing video games, occasionally reading and staying in shape.
His plans to attend college in the future.
