The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department June 13-20.
June 13
•At 9:55 p.m., police were called to Front and Ash streets where intoxicated people were arguing after boating. The parties separated.
June 14
•An unwanted person was reported at 12:34 a.m. at 114 Broad St. The person agreed to leave.
• Jessie Ann Gross, 30, Prescott, was arrested for outstanding warrants after a traffic stop for an out tail light at 1:09 a.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.
•A stolen trailer was reported at 12:18 p.m. at 900 Kasson Drive.
• Robert Clayton Vangsness, 30, Wanamingo, Minn., was cited for cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:59 p.m. at Highway 10 and Locust Street.
• Rachel Elizabeth Hutcheson, 22, Prescott, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. at 1440 Glenridge Drive after police responded there for a threats complaint. Hutcheson was also placed under arrest for theft – movable property after allegedly stealing a bottle of Fireball whiskey from 1003 Campbell St. at 3:30 p.m.
• Robert J. Manor, 51, Bay City, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:28 p.m. for an equipment violation at Highway 10 and Eagle Ridge
Drive.
June 15
• Paul Wesley Thue, 50, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:08 p.m. at Jefferson and Washington streets.
•At 8:46 p.m., police were called to St. Joseph’s playground to pick up drug items found there.
• Claudio Ivan Ulloa Bualan, 24, Hudson, was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:10 p.m. at Highway 29 and Eagle Ridge Drive.
June 16
• Samuel Jeffrey Imhoff,
27, Wabasha, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:45 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.
June 17
•Police responded at 4:03 p.m. to 475 S. Young St. for a dispute over property and room ownership.
•An axe theft was reported at 11:17 p.m. at 800 Canton St.
June 20
•At 2:59 a.m., police were called to 236 Broad St. for a suspicious vehicle. No vehicle was located.
•At 9:36 a.m., a vehicle theft was reported at 269 Chestnut St.
•At 1:12 p.m., police responded to 1000 Canton St. for an unwanted person, who was told he would have trespassing charges filed against him if he returned.
•At 1:36 p.m., police responded to 236 Broad St. for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.
•At 6:17 p.m., police were called to 328 Lake St. for a disorderly person. The person was not found.
• Thomas Clair Eaton, 63, Prescott, was cited for speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 8:05 p.m. at Highway 29 and Eagle Ridge Drive.
•A 17-year-old Hager City driver was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 11:25 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.
