The Prescott Pirates and River Falls Fighting Fish both qualified for the Wisconsin Baseball Association Championship Tournament this weekend in Spooner and Hayward.
The teams advanced from last weekend’s St. Croix Valley Baseball League Tournament held at First National Bank of River Falls Field.
Action starts Friday night at 6:30 p.m. for Prescott, as they take on Brill. River Falls plays at 9 p.m. Friday night against the Eau Claire Bears in Hayward.
Teams advance to Saturday play in either winners or losers brackets Saturday morning with games scheduled in both locations.
Sunday pool play games for the championship start at 10 a.m. with the title game set for 4 p.m.
