Minutes July 15, 2020

MEMBERS PRESENT: Matzek, Sizemore, Holub, Block, Rudolph CALL TO ORDER: By Board President Matzek, subject to the Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.83 at 7:03 pm Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to adopt the agenda, motion carried.

Board President Matzek adopted the consent agenda. The consent agenda was adopted and approved the June 17, 2020, and June 29, 2020 board meeting minutes; approved June payroll checks 18015 advice of deposits 900079994 – 900080463, general fund checks 57424 – 57641, District ACHs 192000140 – 192000175, activity checks (none) and District Wires 201900524 – 201900570; Fall 20-21 Football- Jordan Hansen, Volleyball – Georey Snyder, Cross Country- Alexis Lahn, Girls Golf- Chad Salay; Winter 2020 -21 Dance – Sam Marks, Boys Basketball – Nick Johnson, Girls Basketball – Rob Radlo, Wrestling- Jordan Poirier.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to approve the employment of Jordan Hansen, High School Physical Education Teacher and Kaden Nosbush, High School Business Teach- er. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to approve the second reading of Policy 7540 – Technology Policy 7540.02 – Web Content, Apps, and Services; (New) Policy 7544 – Use of So- cial Media. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub, pursuant to section 120.12(13)(b) of the state statutes, to approve the list and description of the student academic standards that shall be in eect for the 2020- 21 school year, as the said list has been presented on the Prescott School District Website Annual notice page, with a date of July 15, 2020, for this meeting; with said academic standards representing the Board-adopted standards that are required under section 118.30(1g)(a) of the state statutes as well as the Board-approved standards in the additional specied ac- ademic content areas.”

AND I move to direct the administration to incorporate the Board-approved list and description of the student academic standards

that shall be in eect for the school year into a notice for parents and guardians that the administration shall provide in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of section 120.12(13) of the state statutes. Mo –

Motion by Holub, seconded by Sizemore to approve the physical therapy service contract with Baldwin-Woodville School District for the 2020-21 year. Motion carried.

Motion by Holub, seconded by Block to eliminate non-mandated bus routes. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to adjourn at 10:16 pm.
