Prescott School Board March 17, 2021 School Board Minutes Members Present: Matzek, Sizemore, Holub, Block. Rudolph CALL TO ORDER: By Board President Matzek, subject to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.83 at 7:00 p.m. Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried The Board President adopted the consent agenda. The consent agenda was adopted and approved February 17,2020, board meeting minutes; approved February advice of deposits 900083603 – 900084090 general fund checks 58515 – 58773, activity checks 10126 – 10129, district wires 202000345 – 202000392, District ACH 202000041 202100053, acceptance of the following individuals retirement Kathyryn Linder, Food Service; resignation of the following individual’s retirement, Nadine Plattson, Paraprofessional; employment of the following individuals James Kressley, Custodian, Jeffrey Baker, Custodian.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to accept the resignation of Beth Linderholm, Executive Assistant/ Board Liaison, as of March 5, 2021. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to accept the resignation of Tina Stenroos, Food Service Director as of March 12, 202. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Rudolph to accept the resignation of Meghan Hare, High School Cross-Categorical at the end of the 20-21 school year. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to approve the appointment of Mr. Michael Kosmalski as the Principal of Malone Intermediate School with a two-year administrative contract. Motion carried. Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to approve the appointment of Katy Hillebrand to serve as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board Liaison. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to approve the CESA 11 contract for the 2021-22 academic year. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to approve the presented seven (7) student requests for Early College Credit Program for the 2021-22 academic year. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to grant PHS Principal and Band Director permission to develop, fundraise, and execute a band trip to Disney World in the spring of 2022. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to approve the request by Freedom Flight, Inc. to access Prescott School grounds on May 1, 2021, for its event to honor and bring awareness to POW/MIA military personnel allowed by policy 7510 as it abides by all District Administrator guidelines for the event that includes placing the PSD as additionally insured on liability insurance. Motion carried.
