Prescott School Board Minutes VIDEO September 23, 2020 MEMBERS PRESENT: Matzek, Sizemore, Holub, Block, Rudolph CALL TO ORDER: By Board President Matzek, subject to the Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.83 at 7:03 pm Motion by Holub, seconded by Sizemore to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. Board President Matzek adopted the consent agenda. The consent agenda was adopted and approved the August 23, 2020, board meeting minutes; approved August payroll checks 18016-18023; advice of deposits 900081128 – 900081575; general fund checks 57713 – 57756, activity checks 10111 and District Wires 202000043 – 202000108; acceptance of the following individual’s letter of resignation: Char Glamm and Hayley Svoboda, Paraprofessional; employment : Heidi Rightman, Educational Assistant; Steve Schlicht, Custodian. Motion by Block, seconded by Sizemore to approve the School Perceptions community survey to be distributed. Motion carried. Motion by Block, seconded by Holub to approve a resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing parameters for the sale of not to exceed $29,500,000 taxable general obligation refunding bonds. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Rudolph, to accept the line of credit at First National Bank $1 million at 4.25% no origination fee and the . rst draw ($TBD) on

a line of credit for short-term borrowing. Motion carried.

Motion by Holub, seconded by Sizemore to adopt the proposed matrix and delegate to Prescott Superintendent to make the . nal decision related to

the programming model implemented using Pierce County burden rate, the decision matrix, and best judgment based on weekly factors. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Block to delegate the Prescott School District Superintendent with the right to identify if a waiver(s) should be submitted for programs during the 2020-21 academic school year. Motion carried.

Motion by Sizemore, seconded by Holub to adjourn the meeting at 8:39 pm.
