On Friday, Nov. 11, Prescott Middle and High schools honored local veterans starting with coffee, treats and social time, followed by a program in the gymnasium. There were veterans who served in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Hamburg, Germany. Some flew “Hueys” in Vietnam to transport personnel, some were paratroopers and others saw combat. Craig Lubich was the keynote speaker, and the high school band and middle school choir performed pieces as well. Photos courtesy of Prescott School District
