Ptacek’s IGA served Mike Ptacek’s famous grilled chicken from its deli on Memorial Day with the plan to donate all funds raised to the Prescott American Legion. The Legion, which normally raises funds for community service projects and building maintenance through its chicken fries, was unable to hold them due to the pandemic.
