Volunteers are a critical part of our program! We are seeking volunteers to assist in delivering meals. Please contact Pierce County ARDC at 715-273-6780 for more information.

September activities

• 2 – Memory Café at 10 a.m.
• 4 – Senior Picnic at Bay Harbor at 4 p.m.
• 8 – Senior Board Meeting at 9 a.m.
• Sept 10 – Senior Wellness Fair, New Richmond American Legion, from 10 a.m. to noon. Free admission.
• 11 – Ice Cream Social at 2 p.m.
• Sept 14 – Sunday Fundraiser Brunch, River Falls Moose Lodge for the Senior Center, from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost is $14.
• 18 – Wine and Cheese with Jim Ehlers at 2 p.m.
• 21 – Spring Valley Stagehands play, “Cheeseheads, The Musical.” Bus leaves at noon from Bay Harbor. Call the Senior Center or Marie at 715-307-1250 to order tickets. Cost is $12 (ticket price) + $5 (transportation)

General activities

• Free 55 + Fitness Classes, 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Free Strong Bodies, 9 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays
• Foot Care at Bay Harbor/Wellhaven. Call 715-425-9932 to make an appointment. The cost is $25; gift certificates are available.
• Bingo! Every Monday at 1:30 p.m.
• Euchre! Every Wednesday at 1 p.m.
• Cards 500! Every Friday at 1 p.m.
• Morning Social Hour: Mondays-Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.
• We have a variety of jigsaw puzzles, cribbage boards and other games available to play anytime. Stop in during business hours to check them out.

Trips 

Branson, Mo. Nov. 2-9. Seats are limited. The last day to sign up is Sept. 24. Space is limited so be sure to sign up ASAP. Contact Marie Deja 715-307-1250 for information on price, payments and reservations.

Dining

In-person dining opens Sept. 8 at Kinni Café Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. To receive a voucher for the meal, call your county ADRC office. St. Croix County ADRC 715-381-4360 or Pierce County ADRC: 715-273-6780.

Dining is available through Bay Harbor Assisted Living for a cost of $8.75, Monday thru Thursday, 11:15 a.m. to noon. Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance (please call by Friday for Monday’s meal).
