Rosa Magnus has been hired as the new CEO of the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau, effective April 7, 2025. She brings 26 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, a deep passion for community engagement, and a strong vision for fostering economic growth in River Falls.

Since moving to Wisconsin in 2002, Magnus has made a meaningful impact in volunteer coordination, event planning, and foundation management, always striving to strengthen connections and uplift others. Her leadership and experience make her the perfect fit to continue the Chamber’s mission of supporting local businesses, driving economic development, and enhancing River Falls as a premier destination for both commerce and tourism.

As CEO, Magnus will focus on:

  • Building strategic partnerships to support local businesses and workforce development
  • Enhancing tourism efforts to showcase River Falls as a vibrant destination
  • Advocating for policies that foster economic growth and business success
  • Expanding community engagement through innovative events and initiatives

Outside of work, Magnus enjoys hiking local trails, exploring new recipes with friends, and spending quality time with her husband and sons. She is excited to meet and collaborate with our members, and we look forward to the fresh perspective and leadership she will bring to our Chamber.

“Please join us in welcoming Rosa Magnus to this new role! We are confident that, under her leadership, the River Falls Chamber will continue to thrive and grow,” said Board Chair Elect Keith Gunderson.
