RIVER FALLS – River Falls Community Arts Base is so excited to welcome back Charlie Parr to its 2026 Music in the Park Concert Series. This internationally and critically acclaimed blues/folk singer-songwriter always puts on a fantastic show to the delight of his legions of fans.

The show will take place from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, June 11 at Heritage Park (232 W. Maple St., River Falls).

According to a recent review: "If there ever was a reincarnation of Robert Johnson, Charlie Patton, Leadbelly or any other of the true acoustic and folk blues masters, Parr is as close as you will ever get."

Food trucks will be on site. Bring your own chairs. Special guest, local singer-songwriter Tommy Bentz will open the show. The rain site for this concert is Junior’s Restaurant and Tap Room in River Falls.

Music in the Park is presented by the Community Arts Base (CAB) of River Falls, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating arts-related events and projects in and around the community of River Falls, Wisconsin. Beginning in 1994, Music in the Park is CAB’s longest-running event.
