Funeral Services were held on October 3rd for Roseann Svien, age 66, of Danbury, WI. Roseann passed away Sunday afternoon, September 27, 2020, in Hudson, WI Roseann Svien was born on April 6, 1954, in Ramsey County at Bestheda Hospital in St Paul, MN, the daughter of James and Mary Lou (Langevin) Svien. She graduated from River Falls High School in 1973, she continued her education at Dakota County Technical College and graduated with her LPN. She went on to get her RN degree from Inver Hills Lakewood College. Roseann spent the majority of her time working for Saint Joseph’s Hospital in St Paul. Where she recently retired from after working for them for 37 years.
Roseann was a very kind, patient, caring and giving Mother. Who loved being with her children and grandchildren. Roseann loved spending time at the lake and enjoying the warm weather. Roseann was a very gentle, caring person who impacted many people through her work and through her friendship. She was the rock of her family and she will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, her son Paul Svien and wife, Jennifer, and her daughter Jessica Svien, her grandchildren Gavin, Allison and Olivia and her 2 brothers, Michael Svien and wife Donna and Donald Svien and wife Lynn, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Mary Lou (Langevin) Svien.
The family asked that people are mindful of social distancing guidelines, wearing masks and best practices in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
