The Salvation Army is looking for bell ringers in Ellsworth and River Falls during the holiday season for its annual Red Kettle Campaign. Bell ringers encourage donations, which are used to help the homeless and families in need.
Individuals or groups may sign up to ring Nov. 19 through Dec. 23. Kettle locations in Ellsworth include Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, Nilssen’s Foods, Light up the Fair, and other special events. In River Falls, locations are Dick’s Fresh Market, Family Fresh Market and at special events.
Out of each $1 collected, 86 cents stays in the community to help our friends and neighbors in need.
