Sandra Ethelyn Ptacek, age 85 of Prescott, died Sept. 22, 2023 at United Hospital in Saint Paul.
A celebration of life for Sandra Ptacek will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27 at Ptacek’s Old Event Center in Prescott with a brief time of sharing at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Pine Glen Cemetery. Cremation and Memorial Services have been in trusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Prescott.
