SDRF invites community to Facilities Projects Open House

Posted

RIVER FALLS — The School District of River Falls is excited to welcome the community to a Community Open House from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4.

During the event, community members will have the opportunity to tour recently completed facilities projects from the 2024 facilities projects, including the transportation center (805 W. Locust St.), high school gym, weight room, and the new multi-purpose addition at River Falls High School.

District team members will be onsite throughout the evening to provide information, answer questions, and highlight how these improvements will support students, staff, and the broader River Falls community.

“Over the past 18 months, nearly all of our facilities have undergone construction. As these projects near completion, we are grateful for the many improvements made across our schools — including upgrades to surveillance and safety systems, heating and ventilation systems, lighting, electrical infrastructure, restroom remodels, and enhancements to tennis courts and sidewalks”, said David Bell, Superintendent. “While not all of these updates are immediately visible, we’re excited to invite the public to an open house. This event is an opportunity to explore the new and improved spaces at the high school and transportation center. We are proud of these enhancements and deeply appreciative of our community’s continued support.”

For more information, please contact Amanda Taylor, administrative assistant to the superintendent, at 715-425-1800 ext. 1104 or amanda.taylor@rfsd.k12.wi.us
