PRESCOTT – Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Wow, mid-February, so we are on our way to spring! Although our current chilly temps don't feel like it yet, the sunshine sure does!  Come join your friends at the Gathering Place and help pass the winter days.  

Wednesday, Feb. 12: Come play Euchre at 12:30 p.m. and enjoy treats with your friends.  

Thursday, Feb. 13: Join Pickleball players at 8:30 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) At 12:30 p.m. Canasta will be played at the Gathering Place, followed by Art 101 Watercolor in Room G9; beginners welcome.

Tuesday, Feb. 18: Pickleball players meet at 8:30 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym. At 12:30 p.m. bring your dimes and enjoy a fun game of Left, Right, Center. 

Wednesday, Feb. 19: At 10:15 a.m., the Program & Publicity committees will meet, followed by cards (Euchre or Bridge) from 12:30-3:30 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 20: Pickleball players meet at 8:30 a.m. to play in the Prescott Intermediate School gym. Movie Day starts at 1 p.m. In honor of Black History Month, we’ll watch the Academy award-winning movie, “12 Years a Slave.” Then in the evening, join seniors at the boys basketball game (free admission): JV starts at 5:15 p.m., followed by varsity at 7:15 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 21: Memory Cafe meets from 10-11:30 a.m. at the First National Bank community room (lower level).

Prescott Senior Gathering Place is open to all seniors aged 55 years and older. Regular hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30-3:30 p.m. We are located at 1220 St. Croix St., Door 5 of the Prescott Middle School.
