PRESCOTT – Senior Gathering Place is open to all ages 55 years and older. We are located at 1220 St. Croix St., Door 5. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 10: 1 p.m. speaker from Prescott Public Library, who will talk about banned books. At 2:15 p.m., Canasta for beginners.
Tuesday, Nov. 15: 9-10:15 a.m. Pickleball in school gym; 1-3:30 p.m. Left Right Center, bring dimes.
Wednesday, Nov. 16: 10:30-11 a.m. senior cardio strength, in gym; 11:05-11:35 a.m. senior chair yoga, in gym; euchre, bridge, card game of choice 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 17: 1 p.m. movie and popcorn, showing “To Kill a Mockingbird.”
Friday, Nov. 18: 10-11:30 a.m. Memory Café, First National Bank lower level (1151 Canton St.) Remember, walking at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.) from 3:30-5 p.m. Check in at the front desk for a walking lanyard. Open whenever HS is in session. The Gathering Place will only be open at the end of the month on Tuesday, Nov. 22 and Wednesday, Nov. 30 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
