PRESCOTT – I don't know about you, but I am looking forward to a few promised dry days ahead this week. I'm happy I emptied my rain gauges early last week or they would have overflowed this week. I had 4 inches of rain in four days, and the wind last week took a toll on a lot of trees. A very tall pine tree in Pine Glen Cemetery went down as well as some very old oak trees in Freedom Park. Tree removal has been a busy business this year with dead ash trees and now storms are contributing to the work!
