PRESCOTT – A new month is on the horizon and we look forward to new seniors stopping in to participate in our offered activities. Senior Gathering Place is open to anyone 55 and older. We are located at 1220 St. Croix St., Prescott, the Prescott Middle School Door 5, right across from the football field.
Wednesday, Jan. 31: Card games start at 12:30 p.m. with Euchre, Bridge or game of your choice.
Thursday, Feb. 1: Pickleball kicks off at 9 a.m. in the Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.), followed by game day at 12:30 p.m. Players can choose from Yahtzee, Farkle, Train Dominoes, 5 Crowns or many other board games.
Friday, Feb. 2: Memory Café meets from 10-11:30 a.m. at the First National Bank Community Room lower level.
Monday, Feb. 5: Start the week with Chair Yoga from 9:30-10:30 a.m. (pre-registration required). Check in at the Gathering Place.
Tuesday, Feb. 6: Pickleball starts at 9 a.m. in the Prescott Intermediate School gym, following the Programming/Publicity Committee meeting at 10:30 a.m. at the Gathering Place. At noon, everyone is welcome to a potluck lunch.
Wednesday, Feb. 7: Card games commence at 12:30 p.m. with Euchre, Bridge, or game of your choice.
Thursday, Feb. 8: Join us for Art 101 (watercolor painting) at 1 p.m. The $2 supply fee will be collected at class.
