PRESCOTT — July is on the way out with an abundance of rain, beautiful flowers and garden produce filling the farmers markets. We are seeing Back to School ads, as well as information on upcoming county fairs and the Minnesota State Fair. Time stands still for no one.
Wednesday, July 30: Cards day with Euchre at 12:30 p.m. and Bridge at 1pm. Come join us!
Thursday, July 31: Meet Pickleball players at the courts at Lions Park on Elm Street at 8:30 a.m.
Friday, August 1: Memory Cafe meets from 10-11:30 a.m. at the First National Bank lower level community room.
Tuesday, August 5: Pickleball players meet at 8:30 a.m. at the courts on Elm Street /Lions Park.
Mahjongg players meet at 9 a.m. at Joy Lutheran church, all skill levels invited.
Open hours at Gathering Place room G9 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Enjoy a puzzle, find a game from the many available or just visit with friends.
Wednesday, August 6: Euchre card game takes place from 12:30 -3:30 p.m.
Gathering Place is located at 1220 St Croix Street door 5 of the Prescott Middle School. All seniors age 55 and older are invited to attend. Regular hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
