PRESCOTT – Are you ready for summer? We are and have a Summer 2026 Calendar available for pick up at the Gathering Place. It lists the daily events and the special events going on. Please feel free to stop in any day we are open to get one. We would love to see you.
Coming events:
Wednesday, June 3: Euchre card game will be played at 12:30 p.m. with followed by Bridge at 1 p.m.
Thursday, June 4: Pickleball players meet for play at 8:30 a.m. at the outdoor courts on Court Street. Art 101 meets at the Gathering Place at 1 p.m. No teaching, just working on projects.
Friday, June 5: From 10-11:30 a.m. Memory Cafe meets at Freedom Park inside the visitor center.
Tuesday, June 9: Special event with a trip to Birchbark Books in Minneapolis. Registered members leave from Gathering Place at 11 a.m. Additional participants will carpool from the Gathering Place. A visit to the bookstore with a self-pay stop for lunch is planned. Pickleball players meet for play at 8:30 a.m. at the outdoor courts on Court Street. Mahjongg players meet at Joy Luteran Church (1435 St. Croix St.) from 9-11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, June 10: Euchre card game will be played at 12:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 11: Pickleball players meet for play at 8:30 a.m. at the outdoor courts on Court Street.
Prescott Gathering Place is located at the Prescott Middle School (1220 St Croix St., Door 5.)
Regular hours at Prescott Gathering Place are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
All seniors aged 55 years and older are invited to attend.
