PRESCOTT – It's an inactive week this week as Prescott Middle School is closed for spring break from Monday, March 17 to Monday, March 24; therefore, the Senior Gathering Place is also closed.
The Memory Cafe will meet from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday, March 21 at the First National Bank community room (lower level).
Coming activities:
Tuesday, March 25: Pickleball players meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 N. Elm St.) Book Club meets at 1 p.m. at the Gathering Place. The book to be discussed is "The Night Watchman" by Louise Erdrich, local author.
Wednesday, March 26: Cards will be played at 12:30 p.m. including Euchre and Bridge.
Thursday, March 27: Pickleball players meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Intermediate School gym.
Thursday, April 3: At 1 p.m., we’ll have a spring show preview by the Croix Chordsmen. Come and enjoy great entertainment and dessert. There will be a drawing to win tickets to the Croix Chordsmen Spring Show later in April as well as an opportunity to purchase tickets to the event.
Prescott Senior Gathering Place is open to all seniors 55 years and older. We are located at 1220 St. Croix St. at the Prescott Middle School, Door 5.
Regular hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:30-3:30 p.m. with an occasional morning event.
