PRESCOTT – As we expected March is leaving like a lion but also bringing us some much needed moisture. Just remember that if Prescott schools are closed then the Gathering Place is closed.

Senior Gathering Place activities starting March 27

PRESCOTT – As we expected March is leaving like a lion but also bringing us some much needed moisture. Just remember that if Prescott schools are closed then the Gathering Place is closed.

Wednesday, March 27: Card Day is from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Join for Euchre and Bridge.

Thursday, March 28: Pickleball will take place at 9 a.m. in the Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) At 12:30 p.m., join your friends for a game of Canasta; come observe and learn an age old card game that most of us played many years ago!

Tuesday, April 2: Pickleball will take place at 9 a.m. in the Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) Our annual meeting takes place at noon, with a free lunch catered by Ridgetop! The meeting will be held right after lunch. Come join us and hear about where Gathering Place has been and where we are going in the next year!
Wednesday, April 3: The Programming/Publicity Committee meets at 10 a.m. Card Day is 12:30-3:30 p.m. Join your friends for a game or two of Euchre or Bridge.

Thursday, April 4: Pickleball will take place at 9 a.m. in the Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) At 10 a.m., “Plant Your Own Basket at Seven Sisters.” Must pre-register, cost will vary depending on number and type of plants purchased. Plants will be stored at Seven Sisters until weather is OK to bring them home.

Friday, April 5: Memory Café meets 10-11:30 a.m. at First National Bank (lower level).
Gathering Place is located at 1220 St. Croix St., Door 5. All seniors 55 years and older are invited to join in activities.
