PRESCOTT – Starting Nov. 3,_every Wednesday morning an instructor from the Hastings YMCA will be at the Senior Gathering Place (1220 St. Croix St., Prescott). These classes are designed for folks 55 years and older. Cardio Strength/Circuit will be from 11-11:30 a.m. and Chair Yoga will be from 11:35 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. Classes are free as the YWCA has received a grant to offer the classes. Wear supportive shoes, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. No experience needed. Use Door #5 on the west lower level.

Also coming in November is indoor pickleball and indoor walking group, 9-10:30 a.m. on Mondays. _For pickleball please RSVP to Arlene at 612-396-4063 or [email protected]_Sign in at the Senior Gathering Place for both pickleball and walking. Gathering Place name tags are required before heading to the gym. Masks are highly recommended in the hallways, school policy. Again, use Door #5 on the west lower level.
