PRESCOTT – St. Patrick’s Day is behind us and the March winds keep blowing through! I heard March may leave us like a lion but I am hoping his roar is a mild one. We have gone this long without snow so a rain storm would be just fine.
Whatever the weather is, you are welcome to join us at the Gathering Place.
Wednesday, March 20: Cards Day, Euchre and Bridge, 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 21: Pickleball will be played at 9 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) Join your friends at 1 p.m. for an “Old Fashioned Coffee Klatch;” dessert and coffee will be provided, you provide the conversation.
Tuesday, March 26: Pickleball will be played at 9 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) Book Club will meet at 1 p.m. to discuss “The Quarry Girls” by Jess Loury.
Wednesday, March 27: Members will meet to play cards, Euchre or Bridge from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 28: Pickleball will be played at 9 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) You can join members at 12:30 p.m. to play Canasta, an old but fun card game.
Gathering Place is located at 1220 St. Croix St., Door 5 of the Prescott Middle School. Gathering Place is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-3:30 p.m. All seniors age 55 and older are eligible. All are welcome!
