PRESCOTT – Seniors, do you have Spring Fever? I sure do! And it is contagious, so if you are tired of the roller coaster weather with wind, rain, occasional snowflakes, then a day or two of sunshine come join us at the Senior Gathering Place where you will always be comfortable and dry.

Join us 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 19 for a game of Left, Right, Center, a dice game that is easy to learn and a lot of fun. Bring some dimes to enhance your playing. Laughter will be part of the game too! For those of you who enjoy Whist, another card game, come join in a game, also at 1 p.m.

Wednesday, April 20 is another busy day starting with pickleball and walking in the gym from 9-10:30 a.m. Then from 11-11:30 a.m. you can join in the senior cardio session instructed by YMCA staff. You can unwind by joining in on Senior Chair Yoga from 11:35 a.m. to 12:05 p.m., also lead by YMCA staff.

From 12:30-3:30 p.m., renew some friendships with a game of Euchre or Bridge. Laughter and fun are always enjoyed by this group of card players. New players are always welcome.

Thursday, April 21 the weather is doing another of its temperature dives so come relax with a movie and popcorn. We will be viewing the 1979 version of “Miracle Worker.”

We are located at 1220 St. Croix St. (Malone Intermediate School) and are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Just ring the doorbell at Door 5; we will welcome you to some good friendships and fun!
