PRESCOTT – I know it is hard to believe that spring will come, eventually! Especially with the 10 inches of snow we received and all the downed trees and branches. The temperatures are rising and before we know it summer will be here.
Come to the Gathering Place, it’s a good place to commiserate with your friends!
Thursday, April 6: For “How to Thursday,” we are making Easter bunnies out of Tootsie Pops. You can make one for yourself and we will be making several for shut-ins. Registration recommended, cost TBD.
Friday, April 7: Memory Cafe meets from 10-11:30 a.m. at the First National Bank Community Room, lower level (1151 Canton St.)
Tuesday, April 11: Pickleball in the Malone Intermediate School gym at 9 a.m. Join your friends at 1 p.m. for games, including 5 Crowns, Mexican Dominoes, Whist or game of your choice.
Wednesday, April 12: Card games such as Euchre, Bridge or your choice.
Thursday, April 13: Advisory Committee meets at 9:30 a.m. Speakers join us at 1 p.m. from Prescott High School. We will enjoy presentations from Forensics (speech) students and National History Day students.

Gathering Place is located at 12220 St. Croix St. and is open to all seniors age 55 and older. Gathering Place is open 12:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
