As part of the City of River Falls transition into Phase 2 of its Crushing COVID plan, the Glen Park Splash opened to provide family fun over the weekend. The splash pad at 361 W. Park St., is limited to 50 people at a time and the city asks patrons to “please take turns so everyone gets a chance to play.” The splash pad isn’t staffed and is open daily from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Visitors are asked to practice social distances. The city warns, “Please do your part! If these guidelines are not followed, the splash pad may have to close temporarily. Please help ensure that kids are able to enjoy this new amenity throughout the summer.”
