ELLSWORTH – St. Francis School is pleased to welcome the following new staff members for the 2025-26 school year.
Position: Second grade teacher
Hometown: Ellsworth
College attended/work experience: UW-River Falls
Hobbies/interests: Outside of the classroom, I enjoy hiking, traveling and reading. Exploring nature and new places keeps me inspired and I love getting lost in a good book whenever I can.
Family: I grew up in Ellsworth with my parents, my older sister Kaitlin and my twin sister Mollie. My mom inspired my passion for teaching and now my twin sister and I have both followed in her footsteps – we’re both teachers!
What are you most looking forward to this year? I’m most looking forward to starting my first year as a second-grade teacher at St. Francis – the same school where I graduated from elementary! It’s so special to return to a place that helped shape who I am and now be part of shaping the next generation.
