Hobbies/ interests: One of my many hobbies is crafting of all sorts. I enjoy scrapbooking, creating T-shirts and so much more. I also really enjoy going four-wheeling and snowmobiling.
Family: I have two younger sisters, MacKenna and Miranda, and one younger brother, Max. I have one dog, a King Charles, named Charlie.
What are you looking forward to most this year? The greatest pleasure as an educator is creating relationships with every student. As a student, I did not feel like I could express my thoughts and feelings in the classroom. This made it hard to learn and grow without having a solid foundation. In my classroom, I want to create a space where students feel safe to express themselves. By setting a safe environment, students will foster positive relationships with peers and other staff.

What are you looking forward to most this year? I am looking forward to watching the students grow as people. They come to me as a Kindergartner and leave me as a second grader. There is a lot of growth in the nine months that they are a first grader.
