PRESCO TT KIW ANIS CLUB
of the Week
Merle (Trey)
Severson III
The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week is senior Merle (Trey) Severson III, nominated by Prescott High School media assistant/ITV Libby Syverson.
“Trey is a very hard worker,” Syverson said. “He works independently in an ITV teaching course through UWRF, which allows him to shadow a teacher at Malone twice a week. Trey is always a very respectful, responsible student. I love having him around during the day when his class is done.”
Trey is the son of Kollyn Severson and Skip Severson. He has volunteered to fill sandbags with the softball team. He used to work at Dairy Queen but is currently unemployed. He loves to travel and visit new places, cook and experiment with different flavors in the kitchen. He serves as a volleyball manager and is part of the track team. In the future, he plans to attend a college to compete in volleyball and study education.
