Yaneli Parra-Rios
The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week is sophomore Yaneli Parra-Rios, nominated by Prescott High School teacher Shana Clauson.
“Yaneli is one of the hardest working students I know,” Clauson said. “She has phenomenal organizational skills and she comes to school every day determined to try her hardest. Additionally, Yaneli brings so much joy with her wherever she goes and is kind to everyone she meets. I am really thankful to have Yaneli as a student!”
Yaneli is the daughter of Haydee Burg-Rios and Adam Burg. She loves dancing and
spending time with her family and friends. She plays volleyball and is considering a career in cosmetology.
