Ella Schommer
The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week is junior Ella Schommer, nominated by Prescott High School English teacher Bonnie McNary.
“Ella Schommer is a junior in my AP English Language and Composition course, where Ella has demonstrated amazing mastery of many of the writing skills assessed on the upcoming AP exam,” Mc-Nary said. “Ella has the ability to gather and consolidate information from multiple sources to write a compelling and cogent argumentative essay. Ella also exhibits exemplary work ethic in a challenging course and is always prepared for class by completing quality coursework on time. Ella’s vivacious and positive attitude are welcome additions to any environment and surely bring out the best in people who surround her. Ella epitomizes the core values of respect, responsibility, rigor and relationships at Prescott High School. Congratulations, Ella!”
